Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We have robust policies, procedures and training in place to ensure that all staff, freelancers, volunteers and partners understand their responsibilities and are equipped to respond to concerns appropriately. All concerns are taken seriously and responded to in line with current UK legislation and best practice.<\/p>\n

Our safeguarding approach includes safer recruitment practices, appropriate DBS checks, clear reporting procedures, and ongoing monitoring and review. We ensure that safeguarding remains a key priority across all of our programmes, both in-person and online.<\/p>\n
